RTI International acquires Syntegrity Business Orchestration Solutions
RTI International, a leading nonprofit research institute, has acquired Syntegrity, the global leader in Business Orchestration Solutions—a company that enables large organizations to very quickly mobilize around and solve their most complex challenges.
Syntegrity uses a non-consulting, proprietary large group method that orchestrates large groups of carefully chosen people face-to-face over two to three days. Leaders across Fortune 20 and 500 companies, governments and large nongovernmental organizations leverage Syntegrity’s methods.
The acquisition brings together RTI’s exceptional research and implementation capabilities across a variety of domains with the proven problem-solving methods and capabilities of Syntegrity.
“RTI helps organizations address the world’s most complex scientific and societal challenges. Syntegrity’s methodology is proven to help organizations quickly mobilize around their most complex challenges,” said RTI President Wayne Holden.
“Syntegrity tools and technologies will be a valued benefit to RTI clients, and Syntegrity clients will benefit from the additional research and analysis capabilities of RTI, as well as the involvement of RTI subject matter experts in its customer engagements.”
Syntegrity will operate as a separate subsidiary under the leadership of David Komlos, its chief executive officer, and David Benjamin, its executive vice president, to enable it to take advantage of its unique growth opportunities.
“This merger brings together two world-class organizations with shared values and shared ambitions,” said Komlos. “In addition to the synergies for our current businesses, this combination of capabilities and resources creates a unique platform for even higher levels of impact.”
“We are very excited to welcome the talented and committed group of professionals at Syntegrity to our organization,” said Holden.
